Wager.com Bonus and Promotions Policy

1. General

1.1. Wager may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, rewards, promotions, or incentives to users from time to time (“Bonuses”).

1.2. Bonuses may include, but are not limited to:

a) Deposit bonuses (with or without wagering requirements)
b) Rakeback
c) Cashback or loss-back
d) Free bets
e) Free spins
f) Bonus funds, bonus balances, or promotional wagering balances
g) Sportsbook or casino-specific promotions
h) VIP, loyalty, or invite-only rewards
i) Tournaments, races, missions, challenges, or leaderboard rewards

1.3. All Bonuses are optional. Participation in any Bonus is subject to this Policy, the Terms of Service, and any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

1.4. Wager reserves the right to interpret and apply this Bonus and Promotions Policy in a manner consistent with fair play, platform integrity, and risk management.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Bonuses are available only to users who:

a) Are eligible to use the platform under the Terms of Service
b) Are not in breach of any applicable rules, laws, or policies
c) Are not restricted, locked, self-excluded, or under investigation (where applicable)
d) Have only one account and are not participating in any form of multi-accounting

2.2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, Bonuses are limited to one per user, household, IP address, device, wallet address, payment method, or other identifier associated with a user.

2.3. Wager reserves the right to deny, limit, withdraw, or withhold any Bonus where necessary for compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, responsible gambling, or platform integrity.

i) Fraud and abuse rules

3.2. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with this Policy, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that Bonus.

4. Bonus Balances and How They Work

4.1. Bonus value may be credited in different forms, including:

a) Withdrawable balance
b) Non-withdrawable bonus balance
c) Locked or restricted balance subject to wagering or release conditions

4.2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

a) Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned
b) Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash
c) Bonuses cannot be converted between balance types if the product design restricts conversion
d) Bonuses may be forfeited if eligibility conditions are not met

5. Wagering Requirements

5.1. Some Bonuses require you to wager a specified amount before withdrawals are permitted (a “Wagering Requirement”).

6.2. Even where no wagering requirement applies, these Bonuses may still be subject to:

a) Maximum withdrawal limits
b) Maximum conversion limits
c) Usage restrictions
d) Expiry periods
e) Game, market, or bet limitations
f) Account verification, compliance checks, and risk controls

7. Rakeback, Cashback, and Loss-Back

7.1. Rakeback, cashback, or loss-back may be calculated based on one or more factors including, without limitation:

a) Wager volume
b) Game or product type
c) Net results or theoretical results
d) VIP tier or level
e) User behaviour and risk factors

7.2. These rewards may be subject to:

a) Caps
b) Minimum activity thresholds
c) Time-based release schedules
d) Expiry windows
e) Eligibility restrictions (including restrictions during some deposit bonus wagering periods, where applicable)

7.3. Wager may adjust, suspend, or discontinue any rakeback or cashback program at any time.

8. Free Bets and Free Spins

8.1. Free bets and free spins:

a) Have no cash value
b) Are non-transferable
c) Must be used within the stated time period

8.2. Winnings from free bets or free spins may be credited as withdrawable funds or as a restricted balance, and may be subject to:

a) Wagering requirements
b) Maximum withdrawal limits
c) Maximum conversion limits
d) Game or bet limitations

9. Expiry, Inactivity, and Forfeiture

9.1. Bonuses may expire and may be removed after the expiry date.

9.2. Bonuses, and any value derived from them, may be forfeited if:

a) The Bonus expires or is not claimed within the applicable time period
b) The account is inactive for a period determined by Wager
c) The user breaches the Terms of Service, this Policy, or promotion-specific terms
d) Wager reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, manipulation, or bad faith conduct
e) The account is restricted, locked, or under investigation

9.3. Wager may remove Bonuses from inactive accounts or accounts that Wager determines are exploiting Bonuses in bad faith.

10. Bonus Abuse and Fair Use

10.1. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse Bonuses is prohibited.

10.2. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

a) Creating or using multiple accounts
b) Bonus farming or systematic Bonus extraction
c) Collusion or coordinated play
d) Arbitrage, low-risk hedging, or other strategies intended primarily to extract Bonus value rather than to play normally
e) Use of bots, scripts, automation, or prohibited tools
f) Misuse of referral, affiliate, promo codes, or welcome offers
g) Using VPNs, proxies, or other obfuscation tools to bypass geographic restrictions or eligibility rules

10.3. Where abuse is suspected, Wager may, at its sole discretion:

a) Void Bonuses and any related value
b) Restrict access to promotions
c) Place limits on withdrawals or conversions related to the Bonus
d) Lock or restrict the account pending investigation
e) Terminate the account where permitted under the Terms of Service

11. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

11.1. Wager reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus, promotion, or rewards program at any time.

11.2. Wager may change eligibility criteria, calculation methods, caps, and release mechanics for Bonuses at any time.

11.3. No Bonus is guaranteed. Wager is not liable for discontinued promotions, changes to promotions, or any perceived loss of expected promotional value.

12. Complaints and Bonus Disputes

12.1. If you have a complaint relating to a Bonus (including eligibility, forfeiture, wagering calculations, withdrawal restrictions, expiry, or account restrictions), you must first raise the complaint directly with Wager Support.

12.2. Wager will make reasonable efforts to investigate complaints in good faith and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue arises. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the Terms of Service:

a) Game outcome complaints should be submitted within 14 calendar days of the relevant gaming session
b) Account-related complaints, including Bonus complaints, should be submitted within 30 calendar days of the relevant event

12.4. If a complaint is not resolved through Wager’s internal process, it may be escalated to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider where required by Wager’s licensing and dispute framework.

13. Final Authority

13.1. Decisions by Wager relating to Bonuses and promotions are final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law and any applicable dispute escalation process.

13.2. In case of discrepancy between this Policy and promotion-specific terms, promotion-specific terms prevail for that specific promotion.
